Mozart Gabriel

Boldly creative, fearlessly honest, and passionately captivating – the unique sound and style of Mozart Gabriel undoubtedly reflects the distinct nature of his journey through life. Born and raised in the USA’s oldest inhabited village, Taos Pueblo, Mozart grew up without running water or electricity – he instead found normality in hunting and bathing in the river. Performing songs for ceremonial events was where the young artist first developed his soaring vocal ability, and once the lure of a global audience took hold, his Native American roots soon offered the music world a compelling twist on contemporary rock and roll. On traveling to Barcelona, Mozart took on the underground rock scene and found his own band of Warriors; musicians with whom he would create an unstoppable force. His only requirement was that his band mates shared an unbreakable connection, a chemistry for unwavering confidence and energy on stage. It was a group who could – in his own words – ‘keep up with breaking all the rules!’ Before long, Mozart took home the title ‘Best of Barcelona’ from a plethora of Battle of The Bands, and in the years since his music videos ‘Leach’ and ‘Across Seas’ have won him twelve additional awards. He’s also attained over 114,000 followers on TikTok for sharing his culture of Native America, and with his audience growing exponentially, his growing popularity soon grabbed the attention of producer Kenny Ryle – known for his work with Underoath, Shakey Graves, Korn and Inflames. The team then embarked upon the recording of the Sophomore album ‘Sign Me Up 4 The Apocalypse’. Driving with absolute purpose and creative exploration united, the album promised anthem after anthem of addictively melodic, rhythmic and infectious songs; loaded with individuality but also firmly rooted amidst the unmistakable identity of Mozart Gabriel. Recorded at Rio Grande Studio, the project utilized live drums and real-time amplifiers, along with a 100-year old Adobe House. Featuring fast-paced guitars, warming bass, quirky and catchy vocal hooks and explosive drops into arena-rock chaos and beauty, the collection showcases the very best of a band no doubt born to perform in this way.
